what’s included
✓ Barn and Property
Have your ceremony and reception all in one location with up to 250 guests. The farm has outdoors areas perfect for the ceremony or choose to flip the barn in-between and have both indoors.
✓ Upper room and bunkroom
When you book your wedding you get access to the venue’s Airbnb. The Upper Room is the perfect bridal suite for day-of-ceremony needs, or stay the night before with your bridal party.
✓ full Weekend rental
All weddings have access to the venue from noon on Friday until 2pm on Sunday. That means no rushing to set up or tear down. Alternate hours can be discussed depending on wedding day/time.
✓ Set-UP:
Prior to your wedding weekend, we will set up tables and chairs for up to “250” people, in your desired layout. During your wedding weekend if table and chairs are to be re-arranged, that will be your responsibility as we do not provide staff.

The VENUE
Barn
Included on main floor in unconditioned space - ample tables & chairs and large covered open area. First floor utility room w/ rest room, shower & laundry facilities in conditioned space. The second floor has a game room that is unconditioned.
Game Room
Included on second floor is an unconditioned game room. The area has hammocks, 50s style seating, digital dart boat, foosball, diner booth and a table Pac-Man with 20 digital games.
Upper room
The Upper Room includes large airconditioned sitting area with wrap around couch, kitchenette, and master bedroom with queen size bed. It is accessible by stairs only. The Upper Room can sleep three people (queen in master & air mattress). The space includes a large business table with The full bathroom with shower and soaking tub is adjoined by the Bunkroom.
Bunk Room
The Bunkroom can sleep up to six people (one queen bed, one double bed, three single beds, and one sofa). It is adjoined to the full bathroom which is shared with the Upper Room. It is accessible by stairs only.

Yes, yes, and yes! Miller Crossing is on 36 acres, and you can have your ceremony outdoor with a beautiful backdrop of the barn with the reception inside the barn. We can also discuss tailoring the spaces to whatever you think is best.

Yes, for weddings our total capacity is 250 people. Inside the barn, we have a capacity of 200. Additional seating past 200 people will be provided at the end of the barn outside on slab with tent and included in the cost.

Yes. The minimum policy requirements are listed below:
General liability $1,000,000.00 combined single limit.
If you are on the property the day prior for set up, rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner, your policy must cover BOTH days.
If Lessee plans to serve alcohol at the event, your policy must include "Host Liquor Liability".

You have exclusive access to the site from Friday (12pm)-Sunday (2pm). Guests must depart the property no later than 2pm. For additional time, please consult with us.

We have an open vendor policy. We have a large list of recommended vendors for your convenience to choose from OR you are welcome to hire any vendor you see fit for your event.

No. Miller’s Crossing does not offer any food or beverage services. We do have a list of recommended caterers and vendors.

Yes, Prior to your wedding weekend, we will set up tables and chairs for up to 250 people, in your desired layout. During your wedding weekend if table and chairs are to be re-arranged, that will be your responsibility as we do not provide staff during events.

Yes and no. In keeping the historic charm of our structure we have chosen not to install "climate control" in the main/open areas. The Upper Room, Bunkroom, and bathrooms are all air-conditioned.

Yes. There is one ADA accessible toilet on the ground floor of the property and one bathroom accessible via stairs. We also provide two outdoor clean portable toilets.

Clients and / or their caterers are responsible for clearing and undressing all tables. This includes collecting and bagging all trash and service items such as cups, bottles, napkins, etc. All the items brought in by the client, including service items and decorations must be either bagged for disposal or loaded and removed at the conclusion of the event.

We allow you to book at any time! We suggest you book your wedding at least 3 months in advance so that we can ensure that the Airbnb is blocked off.

Yes, we love dogs! Pets are allowed only in designated area inside & outside with supervision. Pets are not allowed in Upper room, Bunk room, or other conditioned areas.

Yes – the barn has a projector and screen that projects onto the back doors. Please ask us about this when you take a tour, so we can show you the placement.

Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. We do not allow open flames or taper candles.

We allow all materials except rice. Any confetti needs to be cleaned up at the end of event.
