what’s included

✓ Barn and Property

Have your private event at the barn with up to 150 guests. The farm has outdoors areas perfect for the games and activities, with ample space indoors to sit, eat, or dance! The barn is unconditioned but includes a large fan and large barn doors you can open on each end to allow for a breeze.

✓ Game room, Kitchen, & Restroom

When you book your event you also get access to our air conditioned spaces. On the main floor, you will have access to our kitchen and bathroom. You will also have access to our upstairs game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, (2) corn hole games, popcorn machine, horseshoes, volleyball, tetherball, basketball, ample tables & chairs, and large covered open area.

We offer flexible rental options. Contact us and let us know the details of your event and we’ll find the best option for you!

✓ SET-UP:

  • Prior to your event, we will set up tables and chairs for up to 150 people, in your desired layout. During your event if table and chairs are to be re-arranged, that will be your responsibility as we do not provide staff during events.

Add ons:

  • Hay rides - $75 per hour

  • Low Country Boil - Pricing based on number of guests

  • Airbnb conditioned rooms to be included for event only OR for up to 10 overnight guests - Ask for pricing

The Venue

Barn

Included on main floor in unconditioned space - Pool Table, Ping pong table, (2) Corn Hole games, Popcorn machine, ample tables & chairs and large covered open area. First floor utility room w/ rest room, shower & laundry facilities in conditioned space. The second floor has a game room that is unconditioned. Outside amenities include Charcoal Grill, Gas grill, picnic tables, fire pit, horseshoes, corn hole, volleyball, lots of pasture & a walking trail. The barn also includes a kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 16 tray warmer, sink, food prep counter and table.

Game Room

Included on second floor is an unconditioned game room. The area has hammocks, 50s style seating, digital dart boat, foosball, diner booth and a table Pac-Man with 20 digital games.

 FAQs

  • Since this is private property you will need to schedule a tour. This allows us to give you our undivided attention.

  • Yes. The‍ minimum policy requirements are listed below:

    • General liability $1,000,000.00 combined single limit.

    • If you are on the property the day prior for set up, rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner, your policy must cover BOTH days.

    • If Lessee plans to serve alcohol at the event, your policy must include "Host Liquor Liability".

  • Yes! We provide the venue, but you can invite any vendors that you would like to the space.

  • Clients and / or their caterers are responsible for clearing and undressing all tables. This includes collecting and bagging all trash and service items such as cups, bottles, napkins, etc. All the items brought in by the client, including service items and decorations must be either bagged for disposal or loaded and removed at the conclusion of the event.
